OUR BUSINESS OFFICE
Our office is a 2,000 sq. ft. fully alarmed modular building constructed in 2007.
It is located on a 21 acre parcel at the intersection of Rt. 50 and Woodyard
Road in Willards, MD. (See Contact Us for exact address and map.)
We are 12 miles East of the intersection of Rt 50 and US Rt 13 and approx 12 miles West of intersection of Rt. 50 and US Rt 113.
PRAS SALES LOT / AUCTION YARD
In addition to our main business office, we also have a smaller sales office on the Sale Yard. We use this office when we have Farm Machinery, Construction Equipment and Vehicle Auctions.
The sales yard is approx 6 acres and includes 3 different size hard surface ramps for loading and unloading.
Being located on Rt, 50, a very high traffic count highway, we maintain a sales lot for the sale of consignment items, we also have consignment items on our Auction yard.
At the same location we have a 50' x 100' metal building for warehousing and equipment storage,
as well as a 40' x 40' metal storage facility.
Additionally, we have a second 40' x 40'
metal storage facility and a 2,000 sq. ft. heated storage facility.
The lot also
contains two other open side buildings 60' x 100' and 40' x 100'.
We have the facility and insurance to maintain all of your items whether they are expensive antiques,
construction/ag equipment or low end items.
OFF PREMISE SALES LOCATION
The majority of our Antiques Auctions are conducted at the Somerset County Civic Center located in Princess Anne,
MD. We have had a long term history of conducting Auctions at this 10,000 plus sq. ft modern
building that has parking for more then 300 cars. This facility is easy for Buyers to find and has proven to be a friendly environment for buyers and sellers.
This location is a favorite for locale buyers and is a easy drive for buyers from the Metropolitan areas of Baltimore, Washington, Philadelphia, and New York, Williamsburg, Richmond and Tidewater Virginia. Princess Anne and nearby Salisbury offer excellent Motels and Restaurants.
